WALTER G. SEINSHEIMER, JR. - Chairman/CEO
Wally began his career as a homebuilder, rising to President and CEO of the largest homebuilder in Cincinnati, Ohio. In 1965, he moved to the Chelsea Moore Corporation, becoming President and CEO. Its activities include development and management of commercial, industrial, office, and multi-family properties, and home building.
In 1981, Wally moved to South Carolina and formed his own company, building and developing fine custom homes, upscale condominiums and commercial properties. In 1990, Wally founded Dolphin Architects & Builders and has since led the growth of the company to having built more $200 million dollars in fine homes. In addition, in 2001, he and partners developed One Vendue Range, Charleston's premier condominium residences on Charleston Harbor.
An active philanthropist, Wally's past and present civic activities include: Chairman, United Way Campaign of Beaufort County; Adjunct Professor of Community Planning, University of Cincinnati; Board Member, Sea Island Habitat for Humanity; Vice President and Director, Spoleto Festival USA; Director, Trident United Way; Trustee, Medical University of South Carolina Foundation; Board of Governors, Business School, College of Charleston; Vice President and Director, Charleston Symphony Orchestra; Founder, Gunstoppers (part of Crimestoppers); Co-Founder, CSO Gospel Choir; Founding Chairman, Trident United Way Day of Caring.

Kevin Whalley - President/Principal Architect
Kevin has more than 30 years experience in architectural design and construction. His work can be seen extensively throughout most of Charleston, South Carolina, as well as Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Mexico. As both a Registered Architect and Licensed Residential Builder, Kevin has had 20 of those years as the Principal Architect for Dolphin Architects & Builders. Most recently, Kevin was honored by Charleston Home & Design Magazine as one of Charleston's Most Influential Architects.
Kevin's past and present philanthropic and civic activities include: Sea Island Habitat for Humanity, Board Member; American Institute of Architects, Member; Trident United Way; National Home Builders Association, Charleston Trident Home Builders Association, Director; Boy Scouts of America, Director and Scoutmaster; and several Community Architectural Review Boards.
TIM S. HILKHUIJSEN, AIA, ARA
Tim currently serves as Lead Architect for Dolphin Architects & Builders East Cooper Division. Tim's prior professional experience include:
Architect for New Tradition Architects and Builders, Daniel Island, SC, where he implemented a design division for the company's build side. Projects include high-end custom and speculative residences on Daniel Island, as well as the design of a 12,000 sf office building and a 60,000 sf, four-story, four-building custom residential condominium.
Architect and Director of Operations for SPH Architects, Isle of Palms, SC, where he opened a secondary office on Kiawah Island, SC, to broaden the company's custom home design market.
Co-Owner, Principal of Atelier Architecture LLC, Kiawah Island, SC, where he was in charge of marketing and proposal writing. Other responsibilities included the preparation and presentation of contracts, design presentations, construction documentation, specification writing, and construction observation for high-end custom homes on Kiawah, Seabrook, Edisto and Spring Islands, SC. Other notable projects can be seen in Texas, Missouri, Colorado, and North Carolina.

ROBERT W. LISI, EXECUTIVE VICE-PRESIDENT/CHIEF ESTIMATOR
Bob has 25 years experience as an architect of institutional and commercial projects and the past 10 years as construction management and preconstruction cost estimating services. Cost Manager/Estimator for various design projects, serving the designer, developer and owner, providing development of construction through elemental system permitting owners ability to determine the viability to proceed with design. His design and production experience totals over $425 million and construction experience exceeds $240 million. He has successfully delivered for respective clients on-time, under budget, meeting needs and quality design.
Bob represents Dolphin in the Charleston Builders Guild, a CBUSA affiliate, and serves as a member of the Guild's Board of Directors and Chairman of the Vendor Committee.

DAVID STALEY, PROJECT MANAGER
Dave, Senior Project Manager for Dolphin Architects and Builders, has extensive development and construction experience with Fortune 500 and private companies, including planning, design, approval, land acquisition, construction, marketing, sales and warranty of multi-family, single-family, mixed-use, and commercial projects His abilities are enhanced as a result of his education, extensive background and variety of experiences. Tyson, a Licensed Residential Home Builder, has worked as a Project Manager with Dolphin Architects & Builders for 5 years.
Tyson attended Utah Valley State and The University of Georgia and holds certifications in all Microsoft Office applications, residential and commercial blueprint reading, and estimating residential and commercial projects.
Tyson is active in the Coastal Carolina Council for Boy Scouting.
