"Things went so smoothly..."
Linda and I are so pleased with the home you built for us...The idea of being involved with this project from 1000 miles away came with its share of trepidation, but in the end, your staff was so easy to work with, and so responsive to our needs, that we really had no problems at all. In fact, things went so smoothly that it is one of the rare occasions in life when we can honestly say that the project was completed "on time and on budget"!
Dolphin builds an excellent home, and we are willing to share that with anyone who may need a reference. As we went through the project we met many other owners on the island who were building with different builders. They all seemed to have horror stories of excessive delays and cost overruns. Our experience was quite the opposite. In fact, we moved in on the week we had projected some nine months prior when the construction phase was just beginning!
