Jean and I entered this process with some trepidation. We had heard horror stories from those who had homes constructed by other builders and were understandably concerned about potential problems with workmanship, delays, etc. How delightful it was to not experience any of this with Dolphin.
We were totally satisfied with how smoothly the entire process went with Dolphin and the professional way in which your entire staff dealt with us. Our architects at Dolphin captured on paper a dream that Jean and I had for more than 10 years. The time that they devoted to the revision of the plans and the communication with us was the key to this...
Not once did we have a phone call to Dolphin that was not returned, an inquiry that went unanswered, or a complaint that was not fully addressed. We were treated in a courteous and professional way by everyone at Dolphin...
