When Mary Ann and I met with you and you looked over the lot with us..., you mentioned that one of the major objectives for Dolphin was to have us comfortable that the building of our house would be a pleasant experience, buided by professional and courteous personnel from Dolphin... During the intervening time...until we actually started construction, we had the opportunity to meet with members of the Dolphin team. Mary Ann and I realized that we were working with a very professional group of people who wanted us to have a first class home that we would be truly proud of and relfected the professionalism of Dolphin Architects and Builders.
Your people, at all levels in the organization, were always very friendly, responsive and patient with our many questions and requests for advice and assistance. I think one of the major attributes that I really appreciated was the very positive attitude that they always demonstrated whenever an issue arose. It was never a "its not our problem" approach but it was a "we'll solve that problem" approach. This was invaluable to us, as that had not always been our experience in building other residences.
