Cecilia and I are sending this note to express our appreciation to you and the Dolphin team for designing and building our home at Kiawah Island. We are thrilled with the final product, the quality and workmanship, and the professionalism of everyone at Dolphin. You far exceeded our expectations in each of these areas.
When we purchased the Kiawah lot, we were searching for a design to fit our lifestyle, rather than just another home designed for the beach. After meeting with several builders and architects, it became apparent that Dolphin Architects & Builders was the only choice for us. You offered a team concept, which was most appealing, and proved to be a major factor throughout the design and construction phase. Architect, Project Manager, Selections Coordinator, and Financial Department, all under one roof, provided successful communication and comfort to us as clients.
In order to address our archiectural objectives for our Kiawh lifestyle, we appreciated you spending two days in Atlanta with us discussing our goals. As a result, you not only met our goals, but successfully solved unique concerns regarding our lot.
As I stated above, we have been most pleased working with your firm. The knowledge of products, positive attitudes, responsiveness, and concern for us as clients was demonstrated numerous times.
We began this process with Cecilia stating that she would not attempt to build a house at Kiawah unless Dolphin was the builder. At the end of construction, she proudly makes the same statement.
