"The kind of project management that we were hoping to receive."
I met briefly today at the job site with David Fox to discuss several items and just wanted to make you aware of the continued great job that we feel he is doing. David continues to be responsive to us if we have a question around something and always returns a missed phone call quickly. He has made several decisions on our behalf around certain aspects of building the home and we have felt comfortable with his recommendations. We still have a ways to go before completion but David is providing the kind of project management that we were hoping to receive from Dolphin.
