"Dolphin's patience and perseverance was priceless..."
To Prospective Dolphin Clients,
This note is to express my complete satisfaction with Dolphin Builders regarding my home built on Kiawah Island. I place special emphasis on how Dolphin accommodated us with the external design in relationship to the location of our house on a very, and I do mean very, difficult building foot print. Our lot is on a peninsula that has Marsh on three sides. Therefore, we had to have set backs on all three sides of 30 feet, except where the existing house that we tore down was located. Dolphin did a masterful job on designing not only the external structure and aesthetics, but allowed me to obtain my internal layout and flows while ensuring that we did not violate setback restrictions. It took hard work and a lot of imagination for this to work, and what my wife and I were most impressed by was Dolphin's relentless pursuit to find solutions that made the final product a win-win for all of us, including Kiawah's Architectural Board and the county. I can not express enough our pleasure with our new home, and you know it was done right when after three years now of living in the house, I can't think of anything I could or would have done different. Dolphin's patience and perseverance was priceless and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is or will have a difficult time building on a problematic lot and footprint. If ever you would like to discuss Dolphin personally, I would be more than glad to discuss it with you.
Sincerely,
